If you have a spare OEM ECU from a supported motorcycle, Flat Out Tuning will buy it back and issue a $75 store credit for use on any future service. The ECU must be original, undamaged, and in working condition. We currently accept ECUs from the following models:
Yamaha: YZF-R6 – 2004 to 2020 MT-07 / FZ-07 – 2017 to Current YZF-R1 – 2004 to 2014 MT-09 / FZ-09 – 2014 to 2020 XSR900 – 2016 to 2020
Suzuki: GSX-R600 – 2004 to 2022 GSX-R750 – 2006 to 2022 GSX-R1000 – 2005 to 2016 SV650 – 2017 to Current Hayabusa (GSX1300R) – 2008 to 2020
Honda: CBR600RR – 2003 to 2020 CBR1000RR – 2004 to 2016 CB650R – 2019 to Current CBR500R – 2013 to Current Grom – 2017 to Current

Once your ECU is received and successfully verified, you’ll receive a $75 USD store credit code via email. If you're unsure whether your ECU qualifies, feel free to contact us before sending it in.
Important: If you are sending a buyback ECU in the same box as another ECU that requires flashing, please clearly label which unit is for the buyback. We recommend using a piece of masking tape with “BUYBACK” written clearly on the ECU housing.
